then follow the screenshot

After Download this software you copy this 

Paste it which folder or directory you have to lock,And double click on It.

after double Click you Find the Screen above.Then set your password twice and press ok.

After pressing Ok find that folder like above.

 Now how To Unlock

You have lock it and have to unlock it.So follow the guidance given below 

Double click On the Lock Dir and Give Your password.
